Profile

Provide technical support, oversight and mission assurance assistance to customers in contract review, planning, engineering, manufacturing, construction, QC / QA, welding, heat-treating, and NDE. Review program/project requirements in contracts and associated technical documents provided by the customer. Develop (QMS) quality management systems and project plans and documents required by the customer, and obtain customer and third party approval for the project/program plans. Identify special customer inspection/test requirements and establish defined requirements for assemblies, and parts. Review and update manuals, procedures based on contract revisions or changes in codes, standards, or specifications. Plan and organize work to ensure the job is completed within the time and budget specified. Identify opportunities for improvements to plans, process and develop templates, database and other tools that will improve the ability of controls to systematically manage future programs/projects or products. Track progress of the job to ensure scheduled activities are being completed on time. Ensure job is being performed in compliance with the design and quality requirements and applicable codes. Prepare and deliver proposals and customer presentations to generate project & program opportunities. Provide estimating support on proposals and manufacturing, construction matters related to projects under development and construction. Oversee welding tests and write welding certifications. Develop and qualify welders, welding operators, inspectors and procedures in accordance with applicable codes. Develop/oversee weld mapping and procedure development.
